Bonobo @ The Roundhouse, London

After the success of my images of The Heavy gigs for Ninja Tune Records, I was asked to photograph Bonobo play at The Roundhouse, London. It was an all day event where there were a number of dj’s and bands spread across the venue. Giles Peterson presented Bonobo as the main act on stage- who are led by Simon Green. Simon has surrounded himself with fantastic session musicians and singers who help bring the sound of Bonobo to life. It was an amazing atmosphere and a great gig despite the fire alarm going off half way through. A band to definitely see live and keep tabs on as after the release of the newest album ‘ The North Borders’ it’s only an upward spiral from here on in.
